Measurements are the manufacturer's, via Printful, and can vary by up to 2 in (5 cm). Chest is the flat width, laid flat and measured straight across, so double it for the full circumference. The fit is relaxed with a drop shoulder; if you're between sizes, size down for a closer fit.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Every Saint-Loup piece is made to order, so nothing sits on a shelf: it's printed (or embroidered) after you order. We hold each order for 24 hours before it goes to print, so you have time to fix a mistake, and we email you tracking the moment it ships.
United States: $5.95 flat shipping. Most orders take 2–5 business days to make, then 3–4 business days to arrive, so about 5–9 business days on top of the hold.
European Union: €5.95 flat shipping to all 27 EU countries, with VAT and customs already included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. Tees are printed in the U.S. and take about 2–3 weeks; hats are embroidered in Spain and take about 1–2 weeks; beanies are embroidered in Europe and take about 1–2 weeks; mugs take about 1–2 weeks.
Canada (tees only for now): C$9.95 flat shipping, with duties and taxes already included, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. Tees are printed in the U.S. and take about 1–3 weeks.
We don't ship anywhere else yet. These are estimates, not guarantees, and holidays or carriers can add a few days.
Returns & problems
Because every piece is made to order, and tees carry your own numbers, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind, so please check the size guide before you order.
If something goes wrong, we'll fix it. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or gets lost in the mail, email hello@wearsaintloup.com within 30 days of delivery, with a photo of the problem if there is one. We'll send a free replacement or refund you, and you don't need to send anything back.
Every order is held for 24 hours before it goes to print. Spotted a typo in your numbers or a wrong address? Email us within that window and we'll fix it. Once an order is in production, it can't be changed.
Customers in the EU: personalized tees and mugs are made to your own specification, so the EU 14-day right of withdrawal doesn't apply to them. Hats, beanies, the Monster and Bigfoot Trout tees and sweaters, and the logo tee aren't personalized, so you can withdraw from an order of them within 14 days of receiving it: email hello@wearsaintloup.com, send it back unworn at your own cost, and we refund the price and the standard shipping within 14 days. Your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to everything.
Questions
What if I don't know the exact length or weight?
Use your best number. It's your record, and we print it exactly as you type it: up to three digits and two decimals, in cm or inches and kg or lb. The preview shows exactly what will be printed.
What if I make a typo?
Every order is held for 24 hours before it goes to print. Reply to your confirmation email (or write to hello@wearsaintloup.com) within that window and we'll fix it. After that, the shirt is in production and can't be changed.
Can I order one as a gift?
Yes. Enter their fish and numbers, then put their name and address in the shipping details at checkout. There's a gift message box too: we print your message on the packing slip, and the shirt ships straight to them.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Tap “Add to basket” for each shirt (each one with its own fish and numbers), hat or beanie, up to 5 per order. Shipping is charged once per order, not per item.
When will it arrive?
Everything is made to order. In the United States, allow about 1–2 weeks. In the EU, tees take about 2–3 weeks (they're printed in the U.S.), hats about 1–2 weeks and beanies about 1–2 weeks. In Canada, tees take about 1–3 weeks. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?
To the United States ($5.95 flat), all 27 EU countries (€5.95 flat, VAT and customs included, nothing to pay on delivery) and Canada (tees only, C$9.95 flat, duties and taxes included, nothing to pay on delivery). We don't ship elsewhere yet.
DHL emailed me asking for ID. Is that real?
Probably. Tees are printed in the U.S., and for parcels going to the EU, DHL eCommerce sometimes asks the recipient for a photo ID before delivery. If the email comes from an @dhl.com address, upload your ID through its link within 4 days, or the parcel can be sent back. You can hide everything except your name and date of birth. Not sure? Forward it to hello@wearsaintloup.com and we'll check.
What size should I get?
The tee has a relaxed, drop-shoulder fit. Check the size guide above: measure a shirt you like lying flat, armpit to armpit, and pick the closest size. Between two sizes, go down for a closer fit.
Can I return it?
Tees carry your own numbers, so we can't take them back for size or change of mind. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or gets lost, we replace or refund it. In the EU, hats and beanies can be returned within 14 days. Details in our Terms of Sale.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Don't iron directly on the print. Spot clean the hat and the beanie.
My fish isn't on the list. Can you add it?
