Who we are

Saint-Loup (“we”, “us”) sells personalized apparel at wearsaintloup.com. It's run by Samuel Combeer, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), 7 rue des Tilleuls, 34130 Mudaison, France, who is responsible for your data. For any question about your data, email hello@wearsaintloup.com.

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, email address and shipping address, plus the details you personalize (species, length, weight and size) and any gift message. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • When you join our email list: your email address.
  • When you email us: whatever you choose to send.
  • Automatically: basic technical data our host logs to keep the site running and secure, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

  • To make and ship your order.
  • To send you order confirmation and shipping emails.
  • To help if something goes wrong, including replacements and refunds.
  • To email you news and launches, only if you signed up and confirmed your address. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a few service providers who process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

  • Stripe: payments.
  • Printful: printing, embroidery and shipping. They receive your name, shipping address and order details.
  • Resend: order and shipping emails.
  • Mailchimp: our email list.
  • Vercel: website hosting, and anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics).
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram): measuring our ads, for visitors in the Americas only (see Cookies).
  • Microsoft Clarity: how visitors use our pages, for visitors in the Americas only (see Cookies).

These companies may process data in the United States and other countries.

Cookies

If you visit from the Americas (we go by your device's time zone), our English site loads the Meta Pixel. It sets cookies so Meta can tell us whether people who saw our ads on Instagram or Facebook went on to visit, add to basket or order, and so we can show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta receives your browser and device information and the pages and actions above, and processes them under its own privacy policy. Visitors in Europe and the French site never load it. You can opt out of Meta's ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

Visitors from the Americas also load Microsoft Clarity, which records how the page is used (scrolling, taps and clicks) so we can see where our site is confusing. It doesn't record what you type, and it sets cookies to recognise a returning visit. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Otherwise, our site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you: it only tells us how many people visit which pages and where they came from. Your browser remembers the shipping region you picked and what's in your basket, on your device only. Stripe's checkout page may set its own cookies to process your payment and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill your order and meet legal and accounting requirements. We keep your email on our list until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@wearsaintloup.com. If you're in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority. In France, that's the CNIL.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
